This September must have been good for many, but, it was awesome for the Grammy award nominated American Rapper, Record producer and actor, Snoop Dogg.

Actually, Snoop will now be allowed to enter Australia, after the removal of a long time ban from him. Recently on 12th September, the Australian Department of Immigraion and Citizenship lifted the ban and granted him visa to tour Australia.

Shocking isn’t it? But, fortunately or unfortunately this is absolutely right. It was Russell Crowe who made the doors open-up for Snoop. Snoop’s visa to Oz was held up by government officials’ Down Under because of his criminal past.

But, now Russell stepped in and wrote a letter to the decision makers, claiming Snoop “poses no threat” to Oz, and even promised he would do charity work while he was in the country. According to the department officials, “we took into account all relevant factors and, on balance, the department decided to grant the visa.”

So, now snoop will enter Australia as and when he likes. “Hard to believe,” we know but such is reality.
