Air New Zealand Fashion Week announced its preliminary designer lineup this afternoon in Auckland. This will be held from 21st–25th September at the Viaduct Harbour Marine Village.
The plan is to boast at least seven Australian names:Perth’s United Constructions and Brisbane streetwear label House of EZIS, in addition to five yet-to-be-confirmed designers who are due to take part in a Diet Coke Little Black Dress group show.
By the far biggest news is that Pamela Anderson is also heading to the event.
Richie Rich, New York fashion designer will launch his latest collection, A*Muse, featuring Pamela Anderson at New Zealand Fashion Week in Auckland on September 25, 2009.
Anderson is working with Rich on a new eco fashion line called Muse that is due to be unveiled the week beforehand at New York Fashion Week.
This will be the first stop on a worldwide promotional tour in which Rich and Anderson will be introducing the brand to major cities in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
The A*Muse is introducing an animal-friendly, organic line, consisting of bathing suits, designer printed t-shirts featuring images of Pamela Anderson and the designer himself, including hoodies and zip ups, a full range of casual dresses, and beachwear.
In 1999 Richie Rich launched the Heatherette brand which raised him to the fame in the world of fashion.
