Tamil actress Trisha will now be seen in Bollywood in the new release of Director Priyadarshan in a lead role with Akshay Kumar.

Trisha feels lucky that she is stepping in Bollywood b’coz of her tutor

‘My lucky director Priyadarshan, who introduced me in Tamil movies, is giving me a break in Hindi films too. After my good debut in ‘Lesa, Lesa’, I was reticent about my career because of a nagging feeling I would be a misfit in cinema. Now with a firm foot in the south, things have worked out for Bollywood as well,’ Trisha says

‘I suggested Trisha’s name as Akshay wanted a fresh face for his ‘Khatta Meetha‘. He saw a few of her films, met her, was impressed and she is in,’ Priyadarshan says.

Movie is planned to go on floors in October, It’s a total wit in which Akshay will once more be seen in a witty role.

Akshay is a successful star of Bollywood who is admired for his humorous role but Trisha is very new to Bollywood although she has a successful carrier in Tamil and Telgu Films she has to work hard with Akshay.
