
Its true that time repeats it self, it can be easily proved by the repeated trends in fashion. Today the majority of the youngsters are flaunting the fashion trends of 60s, 70s and 80s, particularly there accessories.
It can either be a dangling ear rings (jhoomkas), nose piercing, anklets (nothani), or waist belts (tagadi) arm bands (bajhu bandh) of 60’s the only the names are well-run.
The youth is stepping back to the retro but still it is not exactly the same, it is the fusion of retro and modern. The traditional bangles are being used in ankle, beads as being used in wrist or hairs.
Our Youth has accepted the tradition in a new style; it is not only the way they are accessorized but also the clothes they wear.
” Girls wears her beads not just around her neck but also on her wrist and sometimes to tie her hair. Does she feel history is repeating itself, seeing the revival in not only the way we dress but also the way we accessories? “I think fashion moves in a circle,” says one of the student in a survey.
Credit for the change in fashion goes to Bollywood films. One has to be good at mixing and matching stuff to adopt the fashion in new style.
Everything that’s being followed now is the revival of the old fashion trends.
